🎭✨ La mulți ani, Geo & Alina! ❤️

When your students become your teachers by showing you a nice sequence to try out, you find out that simple is also nice 🥰

Easy-peasy (sort of) 😅 My muscles are working even for this, but it is achievable for beginners with a bit of guidance 💫

Check out the original from @airbornemuse
Thank you for the inspiration! 🤗

This Saturday I presented my first aerial silk choreography at IPSF Romania 2026 🥰 It was an electrifying experience, and the happiness and relief I felt afterwards were worth the effort. Although my ambitions were bigger (some of you might know the pain of having to take out some elements because they DON'T ALL FIT), I'm super proud to have created this sequence 🩵 and, of course, that I took the time to practice some cool skills for it 🤩

Thank you @nico_bussmann @funny.circus.aerial for the guidance and help you've given me over the years! My aerial obsession started with you, for which I'm profoundly grateful! 🙏🤍

Thank you @asteria_movement for all your support for in all things aerial, courses and training! You helped me take my passion to the next level and share it with others 🤗🩵

And thank you @polesportsro for making this event! Most of all, I love that when such a thing happens, you get to meet new cool people who are crazy about the same things as you 🙈🤸‍♀️

Last but not least - thank you MOM 💕 you were there for almost every aerial performance I had, and that means a lot to me! ❤️

When doing yoga, I love creatig mandala sequences. Starting in one side and finishing in the other gives a creative, flowy feel to my practice 🥰💫 there's also the challenge of remembering all the poses I did 🌈

Just playing with different elements to create new poses is what brings me on the mat - the freedom to be alive 💃🕊🤸‍♀️

DM me for yoga classes!

A cute and playful front dive from Hip Key with ķnee thread. I couldn't find any specific name for it, what would you call it? 🪶👀

Thank you @paperdollmilitia for the inspiration! I think it's gonna become one of my favourites! 🥰💃

My first ever straight arm invert! 🥳🩵💪 This was quite a challenge for quite a while, and even though I focused on improving my bent-arm inverts (like keeping my legs super straight 🙈), I always had in mind the final stage.

And the weird thing is, I never actually worked actively on it. I just did some conditioning exercises from @aerialphysique for the past months - not every day, not at every training, but at least every week. This Saturday I thought I'd give it a try - and I was thrilled to see it go flawlessly! Thank you so much Jill! 🥰

Last but not least, thank you @raquel_minisangre for being the inspiration for this cute belay sequence!
