When it’s a job and a passion sometimes drink development is best together. @r.dawgg32 was working on this low ABV concoction over the weekend and felt like a perfect fit for this new glass. Great sipper, earthy yet light, bitter tones and a mouthfeel layered with sherry and vermouth, long pepper, rhubarb, and cassis are the driving flavors rounding the edges.
