Wait!! You can make these crispy Potato Rolls with just roti & aloo!😋🔥

Ingredients: • 3-4 Boiled Potatoes
• 1 Chopped Hari Mirch (Chopped)
• Fresh Dhaniya
• 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
• 1 tsp Amchur Powder
• 1 tsp Namak
• ½ tsp Haldi
• 2 Big size Chapati
• Oil for Shallow Frying

Method:
1️⃣ Boiled potatoes ko mash karke usme hari mirch, dhaniya, chilli flakes, amchur powder, namak aur haldi daal kar achhi tarah mix kar lein.
2️⃣ Ek roti ko flat surface par rakhein aur potato mixture ko evenly spread kar dein.
3️⃣ Iske upar doosri roti rakhkar tightly roll bana lein.
4️⃣ Roll ko medium-sized round pieces mein cut kar lein.
5️⃣ Pan mein thoda oil garam karein aur medium flame par rolls ko shallow fry karein.
6️⃣ Dono taraf se golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
7️⃣ Garma-garam Potato Rolls ko hari chutney ya ketchup ke saath serve karein.
