Taylor and Michael’s celebration had it all, quite literally. I need another moment to edit a whole details portion! From the ceremony that accounted for 300 loved ones that extended into a garden cocktail hour that ranged from multiple bars, caviar bumps, seafood tower on ice, and charcuterie spread then extended into the tent (if you remember the five day production) followed by that late night NYC speakeasy vibe with live band, popcorn station, photobooth, gelato and more! The guest experience was throughly accounted for! Congratulations Taylor and Michael and this entire vendor list and their incredible planning team at Outstanding Occasions. A garden party wedding with a little desert magic 🤍🌿 Colorful florals, sage green details, patterned linens, and the sweetest scalloped place settings… there is so much to love about Alice & Eugene’s reception! One of my favorite details? The lamps and upholstered seating. They made this outdoor wedding reception feel like an extension of home—warm, welcoming, and ready for a long dinner with your favorite people. As an Arizona wedding planner, I love seeing all of these layers come together. The flowers, paper details, lighting, and rentals each bring something special, and it takes an incredible vendor team to bring the full vision to life. Planning a garden wedding or dreaming of a colorful desert celebration? A neutral wedding design can have so much personality. 🤍 Warm wood tones, rich olive green, sculptural white florals and layers of candlelight gave this reception a modern, organic feel that was both elevated and inviting. From the statement round tables to the calla lily installation on the head table, every detail was intentionally designed to feel cohesive without being overly styled. If timeless Arizona wedding inspiration with a fresh twist is your love language, you’re in the right place. ✨ Planning & design @gatheringsbyelle Venue @omnimontelucia Photographer @elysehallphotography Videographer @awesomephoenix_ Rentals @bbjlatavola @epicpartyteam @linensbydivinity @divinityeventproductions Signage @archandarrowaz Stationery @beinlovedesigns Florist @lbweddingdesigns Dessert @abakeshop Makeup @neelabs Bride @valeriebaccaro Arizona wedding planner | Scottsdale weddings | luxury wedding planning | modern wedding inspiration | green and white wedding | wedding reception design #ArizonaWeddingPlanner #ScottsdaleWeddingPlanner #ArizonaWedding #LuxuryWeddingPlanner #WeddingInspiration WeddingReceptionDesign ModernWedding ScottsdaleWedding taken in Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia by @archandarrowaz

Deep burgundy, velvet draping, and florals that lean into the drama — this event was designed with intention from the first detail to the last. The kind of palette that feels rich and considered, where even the centerpieces told a story. When the design is this cohesive, the atmosphere takes care of itself. A little color, a little candlelight, and the most iconic Paradise Valley backdrop. 🌸 Delaney and Garrett’s wedding at Mountain Shadows Resort was fresh, romantic, and thoughtfully layered—from the sculptural florals and modern cake to the warm wood details and candle-filled tables. Every element felt elevated without competing with the natural beauty of the Arizona desert. The perfect inspiration for couples dreaming of a luxury Arizona wedding that feels colorful, modern, and completely personal. Consider this one saved for the mood board.
