Visiting Azul Milano | Rio de Janeiro

After our connection during Milan Design Week, I decided to take a closer look at their showroom in Rio.

It was wonderful to experience the uniqueness of Azul Macaubas and discover the diversity of possibilities this remarkable stone offers, combining natural beauty with exceptional resistance.

I also loved getting to know the quartzites Sky Gold and Sky Pearl, with their beautiful tones and unique natural expressions. Truly impressive materials.

From facades and sculptures to flooring, each application reveals a different expression of the stone, making every piece feel truly special.

My experience at SMAC Academy! Diving into the world of 3D printing opened my eyes to new possibilities for the future and showed me that we all learn more when driven by the goal of building a better world through sustainable practices.

My Master’s Conclusion!

“I like to think that your best design will always be the one that stays true to what genuinely resonates with you.
The most powerful ideas are often the ones that face resistance. Stay faithful to your vision. That is your strength.”

I came to Milan to pursue my dream of studying architecture in Italy, and along the way, I had the pleasure of meeting wonderful people who enriched this journey.
Today, I conclude my Master’s degree with immense gratitude and renewed knowledge for building a more sustainable world.

Thank you, School of Sustainability and Mario Cucinella Architects, for fostering a space where diverse international perspectives in design and architecture can truly thrive.
It was an honor to be part of the Master’s in Sustainable Architecture and Design.
