It’s almost hereeeeeeee! SMALL WONDERS 15 opens this week on First Friday, November 6th, and this year’s lineup is HUGE. We’ve got 80+ artists bringing over 150 incredible little artworks to our walls, with every single piece priced at $300 or less! Have a 12” spot on your wall that needs some love, or someone on your gift list who deserves something extra special? This is the show for it.

Our collectors preview goes out Thursday, November 5th at 2pm EST, giving everyone on our list the very first chance to shop the new work before the exhibition opens to the public. These small works get scooped FAST in presale, so you’ll definitely want to be on that list and have an alarm set. Send us an email with SMALL WONDERS 15 in the subject line and we’ll make sure you get it. by @archenemyarts

Last call for BIDDEN FRUITS! 🍎 We're down to the final few days of @ajporcelain's absolutely gorgeous solo exhibition, and we're going to have a hard time letting this one go. It's been very cool watching everyone fall in love with this collection (including ourselves). If you've been meaning to see it in person, time is ticking! There are also just *3* pieces left available, so reach out to us directly if you wanted more details, or visit the whole show online.

You officially have 18 DAYS LEFT. That’s 432 hours. Or 2 weeks and 4 days. However you want to count it, the clock is ticking to get your application in for our 2027 OPEN CALL! Submissions close at 11:59 PM on November 13th, so don’t sleep on it!

Every year, Arch Enemy Arts invites artists to submit new work to our OPEN CALL, seeking fresh new-to-us talent for our annual Spotlight Showcase group show that will open at our gallery in Philadelphia in January 2027. If you think your art matches with the vibe of our gallery (featuring representational, figurative, and narrative drawing, painting, fiber art, and sculpture, with an emphasis on new-contemporary lowbrow, pop surrealism, magical realism, and post-graffiti) we want to see it! Or, if you feel you have an artist friend that would be a great fit, let them know about our call!

Submissions are open to all artists ages 18+, regardless of location. International entries *are* welcome! We accept a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, fibert art, sculpture, printmaking, and collage.

Please note: we not interested in AI art here! Works created using Midjourney, DALL·E, or any other generative AI tools anywhere in process will not be accepted.

The deadline to submit is November 13th, 2026.

FULL DETAILS on exactly how and what you can submit, find the OPEN CALL link in our website menu to find all the submissions guidelines & the application.

Have questions about how or what to submit? Give the guidelines a read *first*, then reach out *via EMAIL* if you can’t find the answers you’re looking for. Please DO NOT DM us. In the past, important questions have gotten buried in comments and DMs, so we’ve turned comments off and will not be responding to DMs. We’re checking our email inbox only, so if you want your questions answered, that’s the way to go.

Our girl @julietschreckinger is back with something really exciting for us on the horizon!! 💙 One of our favorite humans ever is returning to AEA for her *5th solo exhibition* on November 6th, and we’re already so obsessed with what she’s created for LIMITLESS SEA. She absolutely outdid herself with this one and created some of her best and most beautiful work to date! If you’ve been waiting to add a Juliet Schreckinger original to your collection, now’s the time to get on that preview list. Email us with JULIET SCHRECKINGER in the subject line to receive the link November 5th at 2pm EST. by @archenemyarts

Here are some really great shots of our current group show, IMAGINARY MENAGERIE VII, in all its glory. Given the season, this theme is an absolute dream for anyone who loves folklore, mythology, and all things strange and magical. Featuring 30 artists interpreting legendary monsters, spirits, and mythical beasts through their own unique styles, every piece brings something unexpected to stories behind creatures they chose. IMAGINARY MENAGERIE is on view through November 1st, and there’s still an incredible selection of original artwork available to add a little magic to your own walls.

Also, fun fact for anyone noticing the sloped floors in these photos! AEA occupies the ground-floor commercial space of a 169-year-old building that’s considered one of Philly’s best surviving examples of 19th-century cast-iron architecture. At one point, this space was home to a wholesale dye store, and we’ve been told that the floors, which slope nearly 6 inches from back to front, were actually designed that way so heavy barrels of dye could be rolled from deliveries in the back toward the front of the shop. Pretty wild, right?! The more you know! 💫

Thanks @drewsnormal for the beautiful pics. by @archenemyarts

A perfect little 8” diorama for all you believers out there! 🛸 “Distant Path” by @ahouseofwonders is already pretty magical, but did we mention THIS ONE LIGHTS UP?! Come see this little beauty and all the other incredible creations in Caroline’s ANEMOIA solo while they’re still on our walls! You’ve got until November 1st! by @archenemyarts

Just a friendly reminder that you have less than TWO WEEKS left to see @ajporcelain’s incredible solo BIDDEN FRUITS in person! This gorgeous collection is overflowing with magic, romance, and the kind of old-world fairytale vibes we can never get enough of. It’s been such a pleasure watching everyone fall in love with these pieces, and we’re going to miss having them on our walls when the show closes November 1st. If you can’t make it to Philly, you can still explore every piece on our website and email us about adding a favorite to your collection. 🍎🍊🏹❤️‍🔥 by @archenemyarts
