Huge gratitude to Vertical MRO for inviting me to present Archetypal's Mindset Awareness Model for Risk Decision Making to Rotor Wing Engineers. It was an honour to work with such open, receptive, creative and interesting people. I learned much during the three days I spent with all of you. by @archetypalpath

Why Climb Ice? Well. . .it might be that the adversity we face head on for "recreation" definitely helps us with the adversities life throws at us. That is if we gather strategies from one arena to apply to another. Breathe, make one more move, rest, trust the process, know that the suffering will pass, revel in the beauty.

I have been driving our local post office workers CRAZY as they fill out addresses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Sending out orders for our risk management card decks. Thanks Berg und Steigen for not only two articles on our work, but a two page spread on Archetypal's card decks. by @archetypalpath

These two men (LeMay & Kennedy) were archetypes of Reactive and Limiting mindsets and Balanced mindsets. When in the grip of crisis or adversity, each of us can respond in ways that Curtis LeMay or Kennedy might have. The choice is up to us. These men, on the same side, presided over the most perilous time in human history proving that mindset is everything when managing risk. A balanced mindset provides time, space, perspective and a willingness to be in uncertainty which is critical for the emergence of solutions.

I’ve been asked by my publisher to write Buried 3.0
What my takeaways are now after 12 years since the first publication. I paraphrase him. “The teachings from this event are as (or more) important now as they were in 2014” He is right! by @archetypalpath
