Have you ever wanted to try a HYROX race? Now’s your chance! 💪

Join us Friday, November 20th for a modified HYROX experience designed to be fun, supportive, and open to every fitness level. We’ve shortened the format so everyone can finish in under an hour!

🏋️ THE WORKOUT:

🏃 1/4km Run between every station
🛷 50m Sled Push (M: 180 lbs | W: 90 lbs)
🪢 50m Sled Pull (M: 135 lbs | W: 45 lbs)
🤸 50m Burpee Broad Jumps
🚣 500m Row
🧳 100m Farmer’s Carry (M: 24 kg | W: 12 kg)
🦵 50m Sandbag Lunges (M: 20 kg | W: 10 kg)
🎯 50 Wall Balls (M: 14 lbs | W: 8 lbs)
