Bringing history back to life, De Tjolomadoe is the revitalisation of Colomadu Sugar Factory, originally established in 1861. The historic building has been transformed into a heritage destination, cultural centre, and commercial area while preserving the character and significant elements of its past.

Existing structures and machinery are retained, while new functions—from museums and commercial spaces to performance venues—are carefully integrated into the historic setting. The combination of heritage and contemporary elements creates a space where history becomes part of today’s experience.

Menghidupkan kembali jejak sejarah, De Tjolomadoe merupakan hasil revitalisasi Pabrik Gula Colomadu yang telah berdiri sejak 1861. Bangunan bersejarah ini ditransformasi menjadi destinasi heritage, pusat kebudayaan, dan area komersial tanpa menghilangkan karakter serta elemen penting dari masa lalunya.

Mempertahankan struktur dan mesin-mesin eksisting, desain baru hadir secara lebih adaptif melalui ruang museum, area komersial, hingga fasilitas pertunjukan. Perpaduan elemen heritage dan modern menciptakan ruang yang membawa sejarah ke dalam pengalaman masa kini.

Designed as a private retreat in the heart of Canggu, Mandala the Oasis offers a spatial experience shaped by monolithic architecture, water elements, and tropical landscapes.

At its center lies an open-air folly with sculptural openings and a reflective pond that create ever-changing natural light throughout the day. Open communal spaces, a 30-meter infinity pool, and surrounding rice field views come together to form a serene retreat immersed in the essence of Bali.

Dirancang sebagai tempat beristirahat yang privat di tengah Canggu, Mandala the Oasis menghadirkan pengalaman ruang yang penuh kejutan melalui perpaduan arsitektur monolitik, elemen air, dan lanskap tropis.

Di jantung villa terdapat ruang terbuka dengan bukaan skulptural dan kolam refleksi yang menghadirkan permainan cahaya alami sepanjang hari. Area komunal yang terbuka, infinity pool sepanjang 30 meter, serta pemandangan sawah di sekitarnya menciptakan suasana relaksasi yang menyatu dengan alam Bali.

Menghadap taman publik di Jakarta Selatan, TY House dirancang untuk merangkul elemen hijau di sekitarnya sekaligus menghadirkan kenyamanan hunian tropis di tengah lingkungan urban yang padat.

Inner court yang menjadi jantung rumah memungkinkan cahaya alami dan udara mengalir ke seluruh ruang, sementara bukaan besar dan tata ruang yang efisien membantu mengurangi ketergantungan pada pencahayaan serta pendingin udara buatan.
