Feasibility Study, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, French Riviera

A sea-view plot on the heights above Beaulieu-sur-Mer, and the question every exceptional site asks: what could it become?

This contemporary villa is our architectural answer.

Commissioned by an investor, we carried out the full feasibility study: analysis of the PLU and regulatory constraints, definition of the buildable envelope, site implantation and 3D projection. Alongside it, we produced the financial appraisal of the scheme, the operational statement that establishes its development value.

Everything required to measure a plot's true potential before acquisition.

We support investors and private buyers pursuing projects of this calibre on the Riviera.

Curves, light, life.

Architecture is beautiful when it welcomes life. Raw concrete, natural light, white furniture, art. Every element has its place.

Architecture as a seamless extension of the landscape.
For this project, our horizontal raw concrete lines frame nature without ever constraining it. A dialogue between the strength of the structure and the ethereal grace of Mediterranean flora.
Here, the garden is not a backdrop; it is an open-air living space.
