What started off as an idea has become a great community and family and I truly appreciate you all for helping build something great.

Running the sessions at Ladywell Arena means a lot to me as I used to compete on the same track growing up. Now it’s where we meet week in, week out, putting in the miles, pushing each other on, and building something bigger than just a run club.

Where fitness meets community.
