Welcome to Augusts Instalment of Sauna Sounds, our chill-out music and sauna gathering with local and national guests and local street-food. We will be running one Sauna Sounds session this month so don’t miss out!

Music-only ticket: £2.50 + booking fee via Headfirst, walk ups welcome. Access to the performance space 6pm–10pm without sauna use.

Sauna + Music ticket: £12.50 via the Ardagh Community Sauna booking system.
Includes full event access from 6pm-10pm plus one sauna session:
Session 1: 18:00–18:55
Session 2: 19:00–19:55
Session 3: 20:00–20:55
Session 4: 21:00–21:55

Our plants are now for sale direct from the sauna! 🪴🌴🌿🌷🌺 You may have noticed the well-being area filling up with trees, plants and flowers in recent weeks. We are so lucky to have an amazing gardening team on-site. Most of our plants are now for sale with all profits being invested back into the community trust. 🌞 Nothing beats a summers day chilling at the Ardagh. 🌞 Huge love to Sol, Jesse, Mannas and all the volunteers who work tirelessly to keep the site gorgeous. 🥰 taken in The Ardagh by @ardaghcommunitysauna

MIDSUMMER SESSIONS

🌻FRIDAY 19 JUNE | MURMURATION SOUND BATH & SAUNA
£15 | 90-minute sessions at 6pm, 7pm & 8pm

Bristol’s Murmuration Choir joins us for a unique experience combining voice, heat, cold water and relaxation.

Each session includes:

• 40 minutes of sauna and cold plunge, accompanied by the choir
• A 20-minute immersive sound bath
• 30 minutes relaxing around the garden fire pit

There will also be an optional invitation to join in with simple sound-making exercises designed to stimulate the vagus nerve and parasympathetic nervous system. No singing experience is needed.

Please bring:
Swimwear and two towels
A yoga mat or blanket
Warm clothes for the sound bath and cooldown

We’re opening from 7am on Midsummer’s Day, with sauna sessions starting every hour.

🌻SUNDAY 21 JUNE | VASTA & SAUNA
£20 | Sessions at 1:30pm & 2:30pm

Experience a traditional Nordic sauna ritual using fresh birch whisks. Learn about the history, wellness benefits and techniques of Vasta while enjoying gentle heat and guided relaxation.

Your £20 ticket includes a handcrafted birch whisk to use during the session and take home afterwards.

Please arrive for a 30-minute introduction, followed by one hour of guided sauna and birch whisking.

Each session is limited to seven guests and one instructor, so early booking is recommended.

For our female customers. A two-piece swimsuit is recommended, as exposing more skin makes the birch whisk treatment more effective and enjoyable.

Super excited to welcome one of our sauna regulars to the turntables for this weeks instalment of Sauna Sounds.

SWU FM’s Rea and Rose Holland are joined the amazing Kasia, you can expect broken beat, ambient, and downtempo vibes. There are a couple of sauna and music tickets left on the Ardagh Community Sauna website. If you missed out on sauna sessions you can purchase music only tickets from Headfirst for £2.50 or just walk up. A licensed bar is available plus street food from Jim’s pizza. We’ve teamed up with The Ardagh plant and flower nursery to immerse you in nature. 🌴🌱🌿🪻🌸🌻 Most of our plants, flower and trees are for sale raising much needed funds to keep the site running. Purchasing a plant or two really helps. ❤️ Again a huge thanks to Sol, Jess, Manas, Richard, Mark & the extensive volunteers team that keep the site looking amazing! 🥶🧊Our new Cold Chiller filter system has arrived at The Ardagh🧊🥶

🔥🌞in time for this weekends bank holiday sun fest🌞🔥
