In anticipation of our founder and creative director Arden Kanet (@ardenchee)’s wedding, she sought to forge a vessel that embodied the interplay of divine femininity, strength, and purity of heart.

Inspired by the Buddhist mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum” whose direct translation loosely translates to “praise to the jewel in the lotus” or more succinctly “jewel lotus,”the Kanet Tiara is the culmination of a lifetime of personal practice, months of inward reflection, iterative design development, and hundreds of hours of master craftsmanship in our NYC atelier.

The principal focal point of tiara centers around the duality of two antique natural diamonds; a champagne pear cut diamond and an old mine diamond, weighing 16.6 carats and 6.48 carats, respectively. The stones are suspended within a platinum frame consisting of nearly 30 carats of natural white and champagne diamond ombré mêlée pavé forming the motif of an auspicious nine-petal lotus. Each center stone is mounted in a discrete interlocking mechanism that allows the stones to be removed and placed into external settings for limitless modularity.

The Kanet tiara is the distillation of everything we believe to be worthy of reverence in the modern age; craft, intentionality, and above all else, love and peace. by @ardenchee
