Under Construction 🔨 This week we’ve stripped back this old family home in Wavell Heights, removing years of paint to reveal the original timber beneath.

Not something you see every day - but a powerful way to honour the home’s history before giving it a new life.

Next up: a full house raise to take this beauty to the next level.

In Progress 🔨 When all the bits of timber start taking shape, rooms begin to form. You can walk the spaces, stand in the openings and get a proper sense of the scale and flow.

Ceilings framed, structural beams in, subfloor down and external walls wrapped.

Next up: truss delivery as we get ready to build an epic deck for our clients to enjoy with family and entertain for years to come, while we continue building out the level below
Steady progress at our Wavell job.
