There is more to this craft than mastering a pair of clippers.

Skill may earn you recognition, but character earns you trust. Discipline earns you respect, and the ability to understand people is what makes you valuable beyond the chair.

It’s easy to take pride in the work we do. It takes greater humility to recognise the work we still need to do on ourselves.

Because customers are not just heads to cut, and business is not just a place to make money. Every interaction is an opportunity to serve, to learn, and to become someone better.

Work is an Amanah. A responsibility that extends beyond the hours we clock in. If we believe our work is a form of Jihad, then excellence should be reflected not only in our craft, but in our discipline, our intentions, and how we treat others.

Perhaps the real measure of success is not how many people know your name, but how many people can trust it.

Inside Nimroc Ep.3

Dah lama sebenarnya kita nak buka coffee shop.

Sebelum ada Nimroc yang sekarang ni, office saya memang dekat coffee shop. Hari-hari lepak coffee shop buat kerja and meeting.

Dekat situ saya banyak belajar pasal service, hospitality and macam mana diorang treat customer.

So sekarang kita buka Nimroc Coffee untuk completekan ecosystem dekat Nimroc ni.

Sementara tunggu turn gunting rambut, or tunggu husband and anak gunting rambut, boleh lepak order drinks dekat Nimroc Coffee.

InsyaAllah kita akan terus explore potential business ni.

Semoga Nimroc Coffee pun boleh jadi business yang bukak lebih banyak peluang pekerjaan macam Nimroc Barbershop jugak. Aminn. by @ardydamis
