Lately I’ve been learning that making time for myself doesn’t have to mean stepping away from my life, it can mean finding little moments within it. 🤍

A coffee I actually get to enjoy, a quiet moment getting ready, a slow walk through @wholefoods , or simply doing something just for me. These little moments have become some of my favorite parts of the day. 🥐🤎 #mommylife #ugc #ugccreator #minivlog❤️ #comewithme

Spend the morning with me ☕️🤍

Not all mornings look this calm… in fact, this was probably the 2% 😂 The other 98% is snacks, tantrums, someone needing something every 30 seconds, and me reheating the same coffee 3 times.

But we’ll romanticize the calm moments when we get them. ✨

My daughter barely started school and she’s already complaining about a sore throat…so let’s stock up on my toddler must haves!

These are the @eezcompany throat-soothing lollipops, and I love that they’re made with clean ingredients AND they’re something my kids actually enjoy.
Because let’s be honest… getting kids to take medicine isn’t always the easiest thing. 😅 So having something on hand that they’re excited to take makes those not-so-fun sick days a little easier.

A little something to start the school year off with some love 🤍🍎

Putting together these simple teacher gifts as a small way to say ‘thank you’ for all the patience, love, and hard work that goes into every school year. And because teachers deserve a little pick-me-up too, I’m adding @bienasnacks — a great source of protein for those busy days when you barely have time to slow down. 🫶🏼

Here’s to a beautiful school year and the amazing teachers who make such a difference! ✨

Motherhood has been stretching me in every direction lately 🫠 I’m trying to be better about slowing down and soaking up these days while they’re here.
Now for the important question... does everyone secretly own a Ninja coffee machine except me? My friend made me a DELICIOUS coffee, and I’m this close to buying one. 🤏Talk me into it…or out of it. 😅

As moms, we know when something just isn’t right. When my 2.5-year-old daughter suddenly became extremely irritable, wanted to nap 2–4 times a day, and still seemed exhausted even when she was awake, my mama heart knew something was off. She just wasn’t herself.

After blood work, we got our answer: she was significantly iron deficient.

The doctor prescribed a liquid iron supplement, but no matter what I tried, diluting it in juice, popsicles, any snack, she couldn’t get past the taste. I even tried it myself...and I completely understood why. It was awful.

The next day, I called our pediatrician and asked for another option. Knowing how much clean ingredients matter to our family, she recommended NovaFerrum’s chewable iron.

Within just two weeks of taking it consistently, her iron levels were back in the normal range.

Her energy returned, she was smiling, playing, and acting like herself again. And the best part? She loves the taste so much that she reminds ME when it’s time to take it.

I’ll always be grateful we found something that worked, not only because it helped improve her iron levels, but because it gave my happy, energetic little girl back. taken in New York, New York by @areen.creates
