[I’ve Never Told Anyone, But…]

Hiya freaks! It’s been a while but, hey, I finally have something inspiring me (how cool is that!?).

I’ve missed you. I’ve missed writing. I’m happy to be here, even happier that you’re here.

Here’s to bringing down the walls we built to protect ourselves that may no longer be serving us. Here’s to remembering what it feels like to love freely, openly.

Meet SUE BROVONT 🎨 the water color painter using her
talents to showcase the world of Women. Having gone back to school in her 50’s at Michigan State University to obtain her associates degree in fine art, she now resides in Traverse City Michigan, enjoying her life along the Bay.

Sue enjoys reading, puzzles, alone time and a nice glass of chardonnay or a double scotch on the rocks to pass the time!

I’M OFFICIALLY PUBLISHED X2 ✍🏼

I was threatened by a previous coworker to take my publication down, as she believed it to be rowdy and unnecessary. In her attempt to silence my voice, I will now naturally slam this piece across the entire world. Out of fear, I haven’t until now… but I am feeling bold as of late, and I am a firm believer that life rewards the bold.

This piece is an ode to all the women who have dealt with catastrophic and demoralizing work abuse. I see you, I have been you, and I am here for you. Shame on any establishment that turns their head in ignorance, and shame towards the belief that toxicity is the key to creating change.

If you have a similar story, talk to me, please comment. I know it’s not easy, especially when the world benefits from our silence, but I believe it’s important we speak up. DM me. We are not alone, and I want to hear your story. I continue for us, and we are ALWAYS stronger together. ❤️‍🔥

[I’ve Never Told Anyone, But…]

Hey freaks, long time.

Hope you’re doing well :’) this winter was a brutal one for me, one where I’m realizing (as I’m slowly defrosting) that it’s finally time for me to move on. Take some risks and venture out.

It only took a decade to work up the courage but my bags are packed and I’m ready to go. My friend asked if I’d stick around for one more Detroit summer. Hell, why not.

Here’s to making the most of the next 3 months!
