happy new year, longest year ever…. i mean month???? i lived about 600 lives and expect to live 600 more soon. eternally grateful for every heartbreaking and deeply precious moment. it’s been a privilege to have the opportunity to learn and approach my life in ways ive only dreamed about. i can’t wait for this chapter, i feel like my life is finally beginning. always seeking joy in this dumpster fire. by @ari_vle

feeling eternally grateful to be able to spend this father’s day with my dad this year.

my dad came to the us from mexico at 18 years old with little and knowing few. since then, hes worked tirelessly and sacrificed so much to build & give my family and others the opportunity and ability to have a fruitful life while never asking for anything in return. he (and my mom) are the reason i know i can accomplish anything ( to the point of delusion some may say), why i am the drama, and know the importance of hard work being done the right way. there is never an establishment or corner taken where my dad doesn’t somehow have a friend. he is the life of the party. he is the main character.

although these last 4 weeks have been incredibly difficult, the road to recovery is bright. sometimes life calls for a sudden liver transplant and im not sure how we’ve been deeply blessed for a second opportunity so quickly. 1 week post-op and ramon is killlin it. i have only more love and compassion. my faith in the universe is only more solidified and my gratitude for my family and friends is somehow deeper. feliz dia del padra, gracias por darme esta vida y por la pura cara de ramon. by @ari_vle
