To @columbiachi , the first college to accept me, through the many ups and downs, long nights, crying and challenging times, exciting and exhilarating memories and many more, I can say the tassel was worth the hassle. The Columbia campus raised me for four years and I’ve gotten to explore, collaborate and meet some amazing people. I will never forget the people who made my Columbia college experience what it was. I can count a handful of classes where I just wanted to pass the class, but I can also count a handful of professors who actually made an impact on my life and helped me during my college experience and who wanted to see me succeed in life. Columbia sometimes really tried it, but God didn’t bring me this far to leave me. I have gotten to collaborate with many of my peers, sing with many talented people, learn from teachers who love what they’re doing, create fashion designs and tedious excel spreadsheets, join an organization, and be a student leader. I’ll always love my college journey because it taught me to be fearless
