From Pegu Club to Trois and Drinkshop, Eric helped move Atlanta’s cocktail culture forward. His history with Aria is also personal: he first joined us as a guest in 2012. Now, he joins the team as bar lead.

Princeton brings more than three decades of hospitality experience to Aria, including 15 years leading the wine program at Miller Union. Expect small growers, thoughtful farming, genuine discovery and, naturally, more Champagne. taken in Aria Restaurant by @ariaatlanta
