Yall!!!! What I time I had at @blackgirlartshow. It was Hot forsure but the artist, the girlies, the vibes were all in attendance. Thank you to my brother, my personal designer, my in the clutch collaborator @king_morelli for my custom @proclub_usa, and my custom @timberland that I pulled out the archive. Years ago, I use to step out and really stomp the yard in these fashion streets. I’m slowly getting back to it. When my homegirl @_iiamher_ told me about the event I was all here for it and wanted to shop for something fire. Well life got in the way, being a mother stopped me from giving energy into anything that served me. (Iykyk, this momma has major attachment issues; that will be its own post). But anyway, I didn’t shop or anything, but I remember who always comes in clutch for me and that’s my brother! He featured his first solo exhibit displaying his Mask Collection, (please check it out) and I said put that shit on a shirt lol. Well he indeed did that. I had not seen the shirt or gave any thought to the event because now I was thinking about backing out. But he did his thang on my request so I had to show up. I dug in my closet and the first thing was where are my Timbo’s something he designed for me at least 10-12 years ago and I just start putting shit together. Pulling from here and there. And boom, down the highway I went. @blackgirlartshow displayed elegance, true artistry, bomb music, dancehall vibes and just a Collective. I ran into friends from back home, yes STL and old LA friends. Anyway yall, I made a lil video also another thing that I struggle with; all this technology stuff. But here is my recap of the evening.
