2024: A Year of Growth, Music, and Unforgettable MomentsThis year has been an intense journey, filled with emotions and milestones. Together with Ashkan Dian, we worked tirelessly to establish a fan base for melodic techno in Toronto and across Canada, presenting some of the finest artists in the electronic music scene.One of the highlights of 2024 was releasing our first album, MONOLITH, featuring 9 tracks by an incredible lineup of professional artists: @rauschhausmusic, @ashkandian, @aydin_at01_music, @unseen.ofc, @modeplex, @soloiistmusic, @heik_ofc, @brodieneromusic, @katyrisemusic and @dj_litchi I also had the privilege of meeting amazing talents like Øostil, Argy, and Rafael Cerato—geniuses who inspired me and shaped my journey.But this is just the beginning. I’m beyond honoured and grateful that Positive Sounds received over 500 demos from artists around the world. This overwhelming response has inspired me to shift gears in 2025.Next year, I’ll be taking a step back from organizing shows to focus more on the label—dedicating my energy to discovering, supporting, and uplifting the next generation of talented artists.2025 will be a year full of music, passion, and creativity.Quote of the year:“Every mainstream artist you see today was once a local, talented artist with a dream.” by @arian2121
