Nothing drastic, but it’s progress. My heaviest was 242.6 lbs at the end of 2024. Last year I started being more mindful of my meals, and 3 months ago I started going to the gym pretty consistently for the first time in my life. Nothing forced or too restrictive so that it’s sustainable long term. The other day I hit the -30 lb milestone.🏋️‍♂️📈
