I literally cannot put into words the happiness I have when 87% of my favorite humans are in one place. Could not have envisioned a better way to bring in 35 and I am so appreciative of the all the love, traveling and sleepless nights. I love you all so, SO much - THE MOST to be exact. My goal for 2023 was to get out of my comfort zone, find a community that aligned with my values and enjoyed the same interests as me, make new friends, and get healthy.

1 year ago, I asked @michelleinreallife to join me for a yoga experience which turned both of our lives around. We have not only grown through our fitness journey, but we have made lifelong connections and friendships ✨💕🧘‍♀️

I am thankful every single day for @rolling_bouqes, @sweatdc and @healing_barre for helping me grow into my most authentic self, allowing me to let go of useless connections, and bringing me around high vibrations.
