Shout out to my football guys Good luck this season ⚡️⚡️⚡️ #stridefactorathletics #football #performancetraining #longislandathletes #speedtraining by @arideje.prod
Training camp season is here and more importantly, the season is around the corner!!! I’ve always been a big believer in the idea that giving 100% is a given…. And BEING TOLD to give 100% effort is an indictment on your character!! Don’t tell anyone you wanna be a starter, all conference player etc etc… when you effort is equal to a back up or someone who’s content! That’s why I love our college sessions. They told me what they want the standard of the session to be… and held it up day in and day out!! CTTC!! 🤝🖤 #LDL #LsUP #ᴇxᴘʟᴏʀᴇᴘᴀɢᴇ by @arideje.prod
This has turned itself into a staple for the end of sessions!!! RZ trail competition!!! Simply put… Football is a child’s game.. PLAY IT LIKE ONE!! Enjoy!!! CTTC!!! 🤝🖤 #CTTC #LsUP #explorepage #explore #dbtraining by @arideje.prod
Had to hit em with a repeat.. Off-Season #2️⃣ is in the books!!!! To every DB who trusted me with helping them with their DB development, I appreciate you!!! Even if it was a small piece of your journey, I thank you!!! To all DBs, carry yourself with a competitive arrogance that rivals blind cockiness. Win, Lose, or Draw!!! On any/every single rep! I look forward to seeing all of your highlights in season!!! Stay tuned for messages and updates and other LDL/DB content!!! Ls up!!! CTTC!!!! 🤝🖤 #LDL #longislandfootball #explorepage by @arideje.prod
Slide > Kick Steps: This is one of those “Lay Up line” drills. Doesn’t take too much energy but if we lack focus, it’ll hurt us when it matters most!!!! Watch how something this simple commands this high level of detail from the college guys!!!!! It’s why I love this group!!! CTTC!!!! 🤝🖤 #CTTC #LsUP #explorepage #explore by @arideje.prod
Finishing our 180 series w/ Drops then we go right into live breaks!! DBs remember this… WRs aim to make DBs uncomfortable in their movements!! Whether it’s making you weave, opening up in off coverage or slipping us to make us baseball turn!!! We never sacrifice our breakpoint for our body position!! We want to be breakpoint assassins… meaning any situation and any position.. we should be smooth! CTTC!!! 🤝🖤 by @arideje.prod
Nothing flashy or fancy Consistent deposits DO THE WORK ‼️⚡️ #stridefactorathletics #longislandathletes #speedtraining #longisland #performancetraining by @arideje.prod
A little dive into our 180 series with the college guys!!! Pedal > Open 180 > baseball turn A simple movement that in the DB world, can make or break a play!!! by @arideje.prod
