World Breast Pumping Day was yesterday, but of course I forgot to post this over here 😅 I have spent many, many, MANY hours connected to multiple electric devices to pump milk for my babies and many other babies. I've feed friends babies, families babies, strangers babies, NICU babies, and many others. I had ZERO idea exclusively pumping was a thing until my first was born 8 years ago. He wouldn't latch, l ended up with mastitis his first week of life. It was traumatic for me. I was so sore and decided to just try to pump & feed him a bottle. Let's combine my oversupply for the day after 5 pumping sessions! I am currently 6 months postpartum as an exclusively pumping mom. I pump 7 times a day and pump around 80-90 oz a day. (this video is from last week, but I am slowly posting over here on IG from my tiktok)

This is my third baby who I am exclusively pumping for and I love sharing my tips and tricks to pumping! I started my first pumping journey 8 years ago when my first baby wouldn't latch. I was told by my nurses to hand express and feed my baby. It quickly resulted in me ending up in the emergency room twice the first week he was born which I now believe was mastitis. From then on I have ep'd for my babies! 8 years ago I thought I was the only one who pumped exclusively because there wasn't really information I could find on it. I joined some facebook groups and have learned so much through the years. I am always happy to help other pumping moms 🤍
