POSTS STORIES REELS

Travel has always been a huge part of our family’s life since H and I met studying across 3 continents, and the love for it has been passed down to our children big time. I love sharing our adventures and destination inspirations with y’all! I’ve brought my eldest to explore 10 countries and we still have so many more to explore now as a family of 4! Just crossing into country 11 now and so excited to explore it! Follow along for family adventures, travel with kids tips and my favorite destinations to take littles to! Where have you brought your kids? 😍

8 years together and I’m still your shadow, as you are mine ❤️ Next week is our 5th wedding anniversary & I often look back at our memories from that special day. This one is a personal favorite. 😆 When it came time to write a wedding speech for H, it didn’t feel very me to write a serious speech so I enlisted the help of a couple friends and we wrote an Arabic song sharing our love story 😍 Spent hours upon hours learning the lyrics in secret to perform that day 🙈
I love surprising my loved ones, and this unexpected surprise for my Hashooma topped the charts 📈 He was shook by Walya’s performance, and I think y’all might be surprised too 🎤 by @arielleabroad

I am well aware that Halloween is controversial and might be the most disliked holiday, but for me it’s a favorite nostalgic core memory that’s so fun to share with our kids! I also find it to be a beautiful opportunity for neighborhoods to gather together all for the kids!

There’s so much I love about this day, curious if you are a fan or not? Would love to hear why! No judgement, part of the beauty of this world is that we all get our own opinions, traditions and preferences, and get to do life the way we choose 😜

It was my daughters year to choose and she ensured her brother was the lizard, family costumes locked in for Halloween 2026, Montenegro edition 🦎 Somehow managed to get these all in our suitcase and definitely worth the luggage space! 👻 by @arielleabroad

Life has been way too busy the last few weeks. More full than it’s ever been, and I’ve been working more than ever but somehow someway we’ve fit so much life, love, adventure, joy and fun into our time living here and I’m so sad that it’s already halfway done! 🥲

Still so much to see, do and explore! I guess we will have to do a round 2 on the second half 😉

One of my favorite family traditions we’ve done is that each year we take turns and one person chooses the theme and gets to “assign” all of our costumes! 🥰

Can you guess who chose which costumes? Might surprise you to learn Hash chose blow up Dino year 🦖😂 Do you guys think we actually managed to pack our family costumes in our year around the world bags, bought them here orrrrr skipping our tradition this year? 😜

Wherever in the world we go, the mombar, Egyptian kosa and Feteer will follow 😜 No complaints here, I’m getting a full week off cooking duty while Setto runs the show 😘

No one else I’d rather do life with. ❤️

Dedicating this one to all the haters that claimed with how different our backgrounds, personalities and cultures were we didn’t stand a chance 😜 by @arielleabroad

My kids were hungry and sick of Montenegrin meat 🥩 every day so their Egyptian grandma flew in to save the day. 😜

Also, getting kinda proud of my talent for kindly convincing everyone to join into my content antics, even Setto 🧕🏼

Full transparency: my bank account balance is lower than it has ever been before…

Yet I have never felt richer than these last few months. Something about following my intuition, discovering (and re-discovering) my passions, spending time with my favorite people and chasing our dreams really does feel like more wealth than I’ve ever had 🥹

How do you define rich? 💰❤️🏔️🚴🏼‍♀️ by @arielleabroad

This might be my favorite mosque I’ve ever entered. It isn’t the grandest, fanciest or most impressive for sure, but it’s so special. 🕌

The way the earth is integrated and nature elements throughout is so calming, peaceful and comforting. The presence of birds flying by, sounds of the water rushing and smell of the trees… what a beautiful place to pray.

It made me wonder why we don’t build more places of worship like this. Places where the earth is part of the experience. Where someone can feel closer to God through everything God created.

Whatever you believe, I think there’s something beautiful about a place like this.
