Traditional hip thrusts might never see me again 🤧 Jk, but I will absolutely be adding these standing hip thrusts into my rotation 🙂‍↕️ PROS: • Upright posture = easier to maintain neutral spine challenging stability and emphasizing peak contraction phase • Reduced lower-back strain compared to floor setups • Great mind-muscle connection for glutes • Improves balance, core engagement, and top-range glute activation CONS: • Limited max load = less strength carryover • Not ideal for peak glute hypertrophy (growth) alone Even though I wasn’t at my hip thrust max, best believe I felt every bit of these. If you have one of these at your gym I suggest giving it a try! Definitely gonna incorporate into functional training days ;) #gym #fitness #fitnessreels #workout #lowerbodyworkouts by @arielleinmotion

Most people think back pain means they need to stretch more. That’s usually not the problem. If your lower back pain keeps acting up, it’s often because your core strength isn’t supporting you, especially after long days sitting, working, or just being tired. This is why Pilates for beginners matters. Not because it’s trendy. But because it builds real support, control, and stability where your body needs it most. No jumping. Low-impact. Beginner-friendly. This is exactly what we work on in our Pilates classes for both in person and through our virtual Pilates classes on the SOB Network. Huge shoutout to @arielleinmotion for leading a strong, intentional class 👏🏽 Real coaching. Real results. If your back has been talking to you lately… this might be the workout you’ve been missing. Want to try it in person or from home? Comment “Pilates” and we’ll send you the details. by @arielleinmotion
Strong arms start with consistency, not heavy weights 💪🏾 These 5 Pilates movements build strength, tone, and control through small, intentional reps that actually activate your upper body. Save this routine and try it at home — all you need is a pair of light dumbbells and focus. Don’t have dumbbells? No worries, body weights is just as effective.
