Today marks day 30 of my mind, body, & spirit reset. And I highly recommend it 🤍🌞 This was mainly to change my paradigm/mindset on drinking (because for most, the “normal” in our society is not normal) & I definitely learned how our bodies were meant to feel (and it’s pretty damn amazing).
🖤Cheers to 30 days of straight:
—no alcohol
—gym 2x a day
—transcendental meditation
—1/2 gal water
—in the word
—3 outdoor walks 3x a week
—clean eating

33 sounds lucky 🍀 For the first time in my life I’m genuinely exited to be one year older. Life’s a wild ride and it’s pretty damn cool as humans we get to continuously evolve, adapt, and get better with every year. ⚾️ A great weekend w/ amazing humans. Finally got to visit Bae & Vic’s new & beautiful home 🌄 where we got to giggle like 12 year olds, talk about life & attempt to get Kelli to root for the Dodgers (& prank her into thinking she dented the driver ⛳️).
