A silent scene, a tiger that proclaims nothing, waiting, whole, because real strength doesn’t need shine. And the man beside him, the migrant, the displaced, the still face, the breath that knows endurance.
Between them something moves without words, a dignity that survives in the dark.
Around them the world blurs, colors drifting like a memory returning, a dream refusing to die.
The tiger becomes a mirror, the buried twin, both familiar with exile, both living on the edge of erasure.

A fragile embrace, yes, and a man without papers but a man all the same, with his skin, his fatigue, his battered breath… And the cow against him, a tender gesture, like a last refuge before the fall. The memory of a country that smelled of wet earth and cattle at dawn, those mornings that stood on their own without asking permission.
The Chicago Bulls shorts protect nothing now, they only keep alive the glittering dream story, but barely cover the sadness of the knees.
Behind… the sunflowers of Vincent, the one with the cut ear, dripping and sagging, whispering that even beauty eventually lets go.
I paint this because everything holds through the fragile, never through the victories.
