POV: you found a medicine + movement studio to help manage your PCOS 🤍

I’m just out here trying to figure out what actually works for my body. Medicine AND Movement under one roof, finally something that looks at the whole picture and is exactly the approach my body needs.

In my self-investment era ✨

Got my first skincare treatment in South Korea at VS Line Clinic in Gangnam.

Favorite things about my experience
🌸 non-invasive
🌸 personalized 1:1 consultation with the chief doctor
🌸 the intentional care from the staff that respected my time and my skin 💆🏾‍♀️

Investing in myself looks different nowadays. it’s about doing what feels right in my space and showing up for myself with intention. mind, body, skin - all of it matters 🤍

Walked out feeling so good about taking intentional care of my skin while on this journey of glowing up and becoming the best version of myself ✨

Taking women offline so that we can tap all the way in ✨

Our first @shesmotivatednashville: Off the Grid reminded me why we do this. Connection hits different when the phones are down and presence is up.

To see an idea that lived in my head come to life in this way…real tea, real cute.🤏🏾 Lol Thank you to every woman who showed up, laughed, shared, and let herself unplug with us.

Community and connection aren’t for show, they are the foundation. They ARE the disruptive energy. The kind that shifts culture, breaks patterns, and reminds us we are limitless. 🫶🏾💗 by @arinalex__

I’ve been deep into my wellness lately, starting with studio hopping around the city. First up, @studiofire.nashville. And listen… the vibes, the burn, the energy? So calm and peaceful.

The instructor was welcoming. And don’t get me wrong… this class was challenging. My body was fighting for its life at one point 😭 The heat? Humbling. The vibes? 10/10. The version of me that walked out of StudioFire? The absolute best. ✨

Go book the class babes. 🫶🏾 by @arinalex__
