Well well well look who made their way into the lair of Manhattan Beach real estate. This little beach town is tough! We spent over 6 months fighting our way into every soon to be tear down/mid construction/just completed but not yet listed house there was. My tenacious client would send photos of construction sites and their signs, and I’d hit the phones; some we just simply asked whoever was on site if we could take a look. Then we found it: a house that was in the process of being built, but still early enough in that process that my buyers could choose their finishes and manipulate the layout. Bingo 😎.
