Every year we take Mickey to the dog Halloween costume parade. And this is why. He loves the people and the people love him. A true service dog. Happy pasta day. Tell your nonna we love her 😘 taken in New York, New York by @arispella

The choreo process ✨
One of my students asked me to choreograph this song. The process starts in the car. Then you get in front of a mirror and try 10 different versions before you bring it to class 😂 I’m liking this version but we’ll see. Love this song 💃🏽

🌈✨ My heart is still so full after our 2026 Zumba Pride Master Class! What an incredible day filled with love, joy, acceptance, and unforgettable energy. This was so much more than a class, it was a celebration of community, authenticity, and the power of being exactly who we are. 💖🏳️‍🌈

Pride Month is a time to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, honor the progress we’ve made, and continue creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered to shine. 🌈✨

A huge thank you to the incredible ZJs @arispella and @zumbarisa_zj ! 💕 ZJ Arisa traveled all the way from Japan 🇯🇵 and brought amazing energy, passion, and positivity that lit up the room from start to finish. ZJ Ariella was equally phenomenal, bringing her talent, warmth, and infectious energy that kept everyone moving and smiling all day long. We are so grateful to have shared the stage with both of you. 🥹✨

Special thanks to my amazing co-host @geniedancefitness and my fellow instructors @gvmfeliciano @stephi671 @shawnqt @ivonnegavela @girlonfire_nj for helping create such a welcoming and uplifting experience. 💃🏽✨

And to everyone who joined us, THANK YOU. Thank you for showing up, dancing your truth, and celebrating Pride with us. The energy was absolutely electric, and your love and support are what make events like this so special. 🫶🏽🌈✨
