Every time we enter the gym, we’re working on becoming a little better than we were the day before. This is our safe space to learn, struggle, adjust, grow and sometimes surprise ourselves.

@livia.can.css has so much ability. Right now, the work isn’t about whether she can do it, it’s about getting comfortable with just how much power she can generate and learning how to control it.

No rush. No shortcuts.

Piece by piece, rep by rep, until the whole picture finally comes into view. ❤️

You couldn’t have been more than four years old when I first told you about the heartbreak of my journey through gymnastics. As I spoke, I turned and saw tears streaming down your face like a river. Even then, before you could fully understand my words, somehow your heart understood my pain.

It took me years to realize that your journey was never about medals, titles, or accomplishments. Those are only temporary things. Your true gift to me was far greater. Through your movement, your grace, and your courage, you honored my story in a way I never could have imagined.

I understand now that part of your purpose was to help me heal wounds I had carried for most of my life. You gave me something I could never have given myself—the courage to finally let go of that pain.

Because of that, I made a promise long ago without even realizing it: that I would work until my body could work no more if it meant giving you the freedom to live your life with peace, joy, and opportunity. Not because you owe me anything, but because you gave me everything I never knew I needed.

You have always been my Black Swan,my greatest work of art, born from passion, sacrifice, pain, and an unrelenting desire to pursue greatness. The day God entrusted me with you was one of the greatest expressions of grace I have ever known, and I will spend the rest of my life grateful for that gift.

Today, I want to give you something in return.

I release you from every burden that I unknowingly placed upon your shoulders. You were never meant to carry my dreams, my disappointments, or my unfinished story. Those belong to me, and I carry them no longer.

Now your story belongs to you.

So spread your wings and fly without guilt, without fear, and without the weight of my past. Chase the life that God has prepared for you, wherever it leads.

And if I am blessed enough, perhaps one day we will still fly together—not because you are carrying me, but because we are both finally free.

I love you more than words could ever express.

First day putting 1.5 step out and Arabian on the floor. Sometimes I let them play to get the feel but then we get back to technique.
