Behind a child of only 10 years old hides a huge story of effort, work and sweat.Aritz started doing bjj in a small town in Spain, where children’s jiujitsu was not understood as something serious.One day Aritz accompanied his father to a bjj competition and saw that there were other children of his age fighting. That day, Aritz told his parents that he wanted to compete.Something strange since Aritz had not started training at any bjj school.His parents decided to sign him up for the next competition, Aritz did judo at that time, his father and mother trained with him at home some bjj.His first competition was something extraordinary, Aritz moved, listened and fought as if he had him in his blood.Soon they began to train jiujitsu more seriously, hours and hours with their father learning basic techniques on a small tatami in his house.Aritz won everything in Spain and managed to play a good role in some European events.Soon he began to say that he dreamed of becoming a jiujitsu world champion and that he wanted to dedicate himself to this.He began to get up early to train, he began to make decisions that other children around him did not make. I leave birthday parties to go to training, I leave screen time, I discard from his life everything that did not help him achieve his goals.Today Aritz is building his own story, traveling around the world and becoming the person he dreams of being.Representing one of the largest Brazilian jiujitsu schools in the world and learning from the best.Someday Aritz will get what he dreams so much about, because he doesn’t talk for the sake of talking..He shows with his attitude and daily work that a champion is made, not born.Thank you to everyone who is helping to make all this possible. 🤍@mendesbros @tainandalpra @andymurasaki @coleabatejj @mateocardonajj @dominic_manno @dominic_manno @mickey_whelan @funegragirls @jptranjj by @aritz_franco2015

Having a leader in the team like @tainandalpra is something that very few can understand.We all know that it is the greatest reference within this sport, Taínan has been fulfilling its objectives for a long time.A little over 10 years ago his parents made a very important decision for his future, they decided to come to the UnitedStates 🇺🇸 to train with the brothers @mendesbros I’m sure it was one of the most important decisions of their lives and I’m sure it wasn’t easy for the family.Tainan put the work every day, he made an effort to become the best in the world. He overcame adversities and continued to strive at all times.In addition, he always put God first in his life.I am increasingly clear that he is my reference, that I am lucky to be with him every day and with all the teachers who are part of @artofjiujitsu BLESSED ✨🤍 by @aritz_franco2015

During these last years, I realized that many things happen simply because they have to happen.Everything is a process and everything comes in due time.A few months ago I started being part of this great team @artofjiujitsu and I can only thank you for everything I am going through every day.I never promised medals, only hard work, effort, perseverance and dedication. Entre las dos fotos han pasado un año! Estamos en CALIFORNIA- Costa Mesa 🇺🇸Llegamos aquí para poder tener la oportunidad de crecimiento que Aritz necesita.Vinimos a trabajar duro, vinimos para a aprender y entrenar con los mejores. Estamos para quedarnos. No nos escondemos y nos dedicamos al 100x100 con el fin de mejorar al máximo cada día. Vivimos de la cultura del esfuerzo y trabajo constante.Si algo es duro y nos cuesta, lo abrazamos fuerte porque sabemos que en la adversidad está el crecimiento, no andamos evitando lo difícil.El esfuerzo para nuestra familia está siendo inmenso, creemos de verdad en este proyecto de vida y siempre buscamos lo mejor para los nuestros.El tiempo pone a cada uno en su lugar.
