Where the Mind Refuses to Rest

Some thoughts do not ask to be understood.
They return, circle, collide, and remain.
Perhaps the mind is not always a place of answers, but sometimes a place we simply cannot leave.

The Weight of Solitude

2020 / Revisited 2025

It was once called “Anger and Sorrow’s Island.” I thought it was about conflict and pain;
It wasn’t.
It’s about the weight of solitude. Not something to fix, but to bear.
It’s not good or bad. It’s a shape that life carved, not a choice.
Sometimes it feels sad, sometimes calm, maybe even peaceful.
It’s the place I return to, where silence feels like strength. Where being alone isn’t loneliness,
it’s being whole.

II. Pressure Language

Panic speaks in shapes before words.
This is the moment before translation,
where instinct negotiates with control,
and breath becomes code.
