Millions of people fall in love. Over and over. I fell too, but I was scared of how I would be treated since I was ab*sed in my previous relationship.
It was literally baby steps for me.. he walked me home when I missed my bus, we were nothing but just 2 students returning from part time job together then. I talked to him for hours until we saw the sun rays coming up and we remembered we got classes the next day.

I dunno how I let myself trust another human again and there isn’t a day I thank his parents in my mind for raising such a gentleman. It took me years to work on my PTSD and it wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for him.

No, we aren’t the “normal rom-com couple”, he is my best friend, my sibling and at times my parent too.

Not here showing off him, but I want the world to know that this kind of purest love exists….

You won’t see me carrying my bag or tying my shoes when he’s around.

He does skin care routines with me and lets me paint his fingers.

Waits for me every single day at busstop which is literally 5 mins from my home and tells me “I didn’t see you for x hours”.

Brings me a snack every time he comes back home after going out alone (he knows my parents did that back in home).

During our walks, he keeps an eye out for lizards and frogs, but he carefully shields me from seeing them, knowing I am terrified of them.

Hears me rand about my day, cooks for me and tells me I’m strong.

I still refuse to believe that I deserve him and when you all tell me “he’s lucky to have you” in my DMs, I wanted to scream that I’m the lucky one and these are just sneak peaks from my princess life.🥺.

He doesn’t like to be filmed and wasn’t easy for me to shoot all these.. and this has been in my drafts forever coz he was scared that we will get “kann” (evil eye) if I posted🧿 by @arj__666
