✨ A little little of everything… and this 😂 recipe will turn out good! 🥬 Ingredients 🫛 Green beans (blanched) – 250 g 🫒 1 tsp sesame oil 🧄 Lots of garlic (finely chopped) – 9–10 cloves 🧂 ½ tsp salt (or to taste) 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce 🍶 1 tsp vinegar 🍋 Zest of 1 small lemon 🥜 2 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts 🍯 1 tsp honey 👩‍🍳 Method 🔥 Heat the sesame oil in a pan. 🧄 Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant. 🫛 Add the blanched beans and stir-fry on high heat. 🧂 Add salt, soy sauce, and vinegar, then continue stir-frying for another 1–2 minutes. ❄️ Turn off the heat. 🍋 Add the lemon zest, crushed peanuts, and honey. 🥢 Toss everything together and serve immediately. ✨ You get crunchy beans, lots of garlicky goodness, nutty richness, a hint of sweetness, and fresh citrus in every bite. A high-fiber side that’s too tasty! 💚 🤎 P.S. The organic cold-pressed sesame oil, honey, and peanuts used in this recipe are from @goodnessfarm_mj by @arjitakalra
