🥐🍳🥞🥓SUNDAY BRUNCH CLUB 🧇☕️🍪🥂

This past Sunday saw the first collaboration between Myself (@arjun_atyourtable @that_sandoguy) and @riaamalik_ of @savoy.patisserie. We hosted an intimate brunch that brought together people of all ages and backgrounds for a brunch spread featuring sweet and savoury dishes designed for relaxed, unhurried dining—think warm tarts and cookies, waffles and fried chicken and fresh croissant sandwiches - just to name a few 🤤

Fresh coffee flowed throughout the afternoon, courtesy our friends @elevens_coffee who came through with their single and multi origin coffee pods and machine ☕️ while chilled mimosas added a bright, celebratory touch 🥂🍾

The vibe was simple: to create a casual setting where our guests could settle in, slow down, and enjoy brunch exactly the way it’s meant to be - with stellar food and great company 🙌🏽

Swapping out my T-shirts and chef coat for business formals 😋 Giving my presentation at BNI Gurgaon about what it means to be a private chef and how it differs from catering as we know it. The main difference is a private chef curates personalised and one-off dining experiences whereas a caterer is looking at how to feed a large crowd efficiently. Think of it as the difference between a custom tasting menu made just for you and a well-executed but regular event food service. We do them both 😋🧑🏽‍🍳 by @arjun_atyourtable

Throwback to this lovely afternoon hosted by @shubhasurendraa and @mannydub We got the last dregs of the winter sun and they put together a lovely feast. Barbecue is a journey, not a destination. Shubha made some dope marinades and manas came through with a variety of shrooms. A laid back afternoon with close friends, music and cold beer - it just doesn’t get better than that 🍻 cooking over coals is my favourite way to cook so no surprise I highjacked the bbq 😋🙏🏽 by @arjun_atyourtable

In this house we take our greens seriously!! This time round we’ve got a Mixed leaf salad, with dried cranberries, feta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, fried onions and assorted seeds (sunflower, pumpkin and sesame) - served with a balsamic vinaigrette by @arjun_atyourtable
