Another day at the office for one of our techs 🥸. It’s never a dull moment working in pest control, one moment we might be doing a regular service and the next suiting up for a whole infestation. We strive to be the best and sometimes it comes at a cost 🪳.

We don’t have a story behind this situation, but if you or your loved ones are going through anything like this give us a call. No one should have to live in these circumstances. Remember to check in on loved ones or even the neighbor who you may not have seen in a while. 🌈

This is what it’s all about. 🙌🏡

This home hit the market and only lasted 1 day. With multiple offers on the table, we went up against 4 other offers and we got the job done.

Beyond happy for my clients. They trusted the process, stayed ready, and now they officially own their dream home.

Moments like this are exactly why I do what I do.

Who you work with matters.

If want to put yourself in the strongest position to win, send me a message. 📩 taken in Norco, California by @ark_pestmgmt

Swipe👉🏽 for the before and after pictures. Client was hearing noises in her attic. Called another company over and the tech told her there were signs of rodent activity in the attic. She wanted a second opinion and found us on Nextdoor. Once I jumped into the attic, there were NO SIGNS of droppings. I told the client and she seemed a bit thrown off. Offered to take pictures to show her that her attic was clean. I set traps as a courtesy. We both walked the property and I showed her opening that may pose a problem in a future. Nevertheless, she was happy with the inspection/ report and we got hired on the spot to close up the openings. We came back to complete the work today and the traps were all clean! What a lot of people don’t realize, old pipes that run through the attic can crack during the day/ night and may sound like activity in the walls/ attic. Being honest will always take you a long way! We will NEVER take advantage of anyone’s fear for personal gain. We stand behind honesty, integrity, and service above self 🙌🏽 #pestcontrol #rodentexclusion #orangecounty #explorepage taken in Costa Mesa, California by @ark_pestmgmt

A thorough rodent inspection is crucial when you are looking to eliminate rodent activity from the interior of a building structure. Pictured, are gaps and roof entry points giving access to rodents. Although a thorough seal will help co trol populations, this building has significant roof damage with missing clay tiles and other roof issues contributing to the rodent access. Without the landlord and shop owner willing to perform the necessary repairs to the roof, we were unable to offer a rodent seal that would meet their needs. Instead, we opted for a rodent trapping program along with a rodent station service to help control populations. Ultimately, that is simply a “bandaid” to the problem, but one that will help mitigate a rogue population. Sometimes, doing the right thing and not overpromising a service helps build trust and allows the customer to see you are willing to problem solve to meet their budget or needs. #orangecounty #losangelescounty #pestcontrol #rodents #supportsmallbusiness #explorepage by @ark_pestmgmt
