Your salary is the most dangerous addiction.

It pays just enough
to keep you comfortable

But never enough
to make you free.

That’s why most people
stay employees for life.

Security feels safe.

Until you realize
you traded your freedom for it. by @arkamsayyedd

Stop overthinking.
Pick one skill, show proof, reach out.

There was a time when this tiny desk was all I had.
One old laptop.
Loose wires.
A quiet room.
And a head full of dreams that felt way bigger than my reality.

No fancy setup.
No clients.
No roadmap.

Just me… figuring things out at 2AM.

Sleepless nights.
Slow internet.
Power cuts.
Self-doubt louder than motivation.

I prayed a lot.
Questioned myself even more.

There were days I seriously thought about quitting.
Like… “Maybe this isn’t for me.”
“Maybe I’m wasting time.”
“Maybe I should just take the safe path.”

But something inside me refused to stop.

So I kept showing up.
Every single day.
Even when nobody believed.
Even when nothing was working.

TODAY:

Still the same guy.
Still the same dreams.

Just… upgraded belief.

This might look like a small change to most people.
But to me?

It’s proof.

Proof of every late night.
Every rejected message.
Every “no.”
Every prayer whispered when things felt impossible.

From that old wooden desk…
to this setup.

From confusion…
to clarity.

From almost quitting…
to not stopping for anything.

It’s not about the monitors, the lights, or the chair.

It’s about becoming someone who didn’t give up.

If you’re in your starting phase right now…
please don’t quit.

Your “today” is coming.

Trust the process. Keep building. Keep believing. ❤️
