Big congrats to my first client Arkiea Joy on taking that leap of faith and becoming a home owner . This one is super special because in Sept on a trip to the beach , I disclosed to her and my sister that I was in real estate school . In that conversation she said congrats Kera will you help me find a home . Immediately i said yes (not even knowing much about anything ). She also mention she wanted to work on her credit and wasn’t sure if she would be able to buy a home . I said don’t worry joy I got you . After I pass my exam
And started working with exp mid Nov. I called her up and said are you ready and she stated “Kera I got to work on my credit “.I said just try . We went to one lender and they said not now . We went to another she got discouraged and I told her not to give up let’s try another . I gave her to another lender and she called and said “girl , thank you …. I’m pre approved . I said “look at god “. Long story short through lots of paperwork, blood , sweat , delays and tears .. She made it . and 35 days later my girl… my SISTA became a home owner . Congrats joy … your mom would be so proud of you .

This is a testimony that you can manifest and speak things into existence if you believe .

As a token and me being your agent here is

flowers to show you are appreciated, a ring camera for your safety , TV for one of your 4 bedrooms and champagne to toast to the Good life 💫

It’s a honor to be your Realtor , sister and friend . congrats again !!
