i got to be on the rad ass @heretohelppod with @reynoldsgareth and @mrjakejohnson last month and the episode came out yesterday!

i’m a literal day one listener so i def appreciated their advice on how to play @rocbarboza shows without completely destroying my shitty old body. also REAL wild to hear nick from new girl say my band’s name a few times 😂🙃😎🫠😏

p.s. if you see this - sorry about the yoga shit talk, gary. i just couldn’t resist. by @arkofbones

i’ve been busy. @rocbarboza has been busy.

two more shows in the next two weeks and then we’re taking a bit of time off to finish writing and recording more rad shit.

come see my friends and i do things rhythmically with @jammazzzzz and @thelamellas this friday night at @indigeroots!!!

@joeybarstad might jump off something again. i won’t.

also, i started making cold brew. by @arkofbones

last night’s @rocbarboza show was most excellent AND we got to play under the watchful gaze of the purple one.

big big love to @real.e.t.music who juuust might be my new favorite band in MPLS, @ddthespektrum whose voice (and crew) kept the place JUMPIN, and @slogmpls for making us play just a lil bit faster after you ladies finished rippin.

now it’s a week off to the good ol RB crew and then we’re back in them streets on may day (5/1) at @indigeroots with @jammazzzzz and @thelamellas

see you bitches soon! taken in Seward Community Cafe by @arkofbones
