GET YOUR KEEL™ MOUNTED LIKE A PRO.

Your shoes pull your legs down in the water. Your KEEL™ brings them back up. Give it a proper setup and it stays with you through every swim, run and transition.

Here’s how to fit the ARK KEEL™ Kit:

Make a hole through the thick side of the KEEL™ (your choice of size). Never through the centre of the thin side!
Insert a straw into the hole to protect the foam.
Thread the cord through the straw.
Tie a simple knot at one end.
Tie a clove hitch at the other. This lets you adjust the fit around your waist during a race or training.

In the water, keep the knot at your navel and the KEEL™ between your legs. When you hit land, lift the buoy under the cord and slide it around your waist to your back. Snug, secure and out of your stride.

Every KEEL™ model is designed to sit on your back while you run. We strongly recommend the ARK KEEL™ Kit to get the mounting right. Want yours ready to go? Add mounting service to your order.

With shoes on, kicking takes more work. A pull buoy earns its place by keeping your legs higher so you can put your energy into moving forward.

She’s Back!!!

Cannes 2026. The body was tired but with a strong partner anything is possible @aamandanilson . We had a super fun day of racing. Now the season is done and it’s time for a good rest for me. Amazing weekend away with the family here.

-ÖtillÖ 2026-

As always nervous start, wondering how the day will play out, how the body will respond. We had decided before the race to just race our own race and if we were leading never look back. The pace was fast early even in the tough conditions with a constant head wind. Team Kebab pushed the pace on Runmarö the first longer run of the day, we kept to our pace and focused on keeping it smooth. Before we knew it the gap opened but when you race with Hugo this doesn’t mean the pace slows. I was enjoying the race and handling the pace until we hit Örnö, then I was done. If this wasn’t a team sport I would still be sitting somewhere in the forest on Örnö, but as luck would have it I had the strongest partner there is! On with the lina and he dragged me across Örnö, I was completely out on my feet, my vision had become blurry and my hands and feet tingling, I remember seeing Lovisa and wanting to say hi, but I had no energy even for that. I just had to keep running as fast as I could, now the whole body was screaming in pain.
The last few short runs and swims were just stumbling over rocks and then came Utö, back on with the lina and gritting the teeth. I had given my Max Effort.
Then we were home, and the emotions came of our best mate who had been with us every step of the way. When I look up I hope you are looking down.

I can’t thank Hugo enough for doing this with me, without a doubt the best the sport has ever seen.

To ÖtillÖ, volunteers, and everyone racing- thank you. Together you make this a special event and even more a special community.

In almost one week, athletes from around the world will step into the water in Kona.
