Our Hotel General Managers Committee met yesterday at the Hampton Inn & Suites Crystal City for a substantive and forward-looking meeting. Arlington County DES representatives walked our GMs through the county’s tour bus parking process and took questions, giving hotels that regularly welcome motorcoach groups much-needed clarity. The General Managers also discussed proposals to grow tourism and travel promotion funding from Arlington County, because a stronger visitor economy benefits every business in the community. A big thank you to Anna Lyons of the Hampton Inn & Suites for hosting. We also want to celebrate Anna, who is marking 20 years as a breast cancer survivor. Congratulations, Anna! by @arlvachamber
