Chiang Mai Marathon | 10km Mini Marathon Category | #5

The final major race of the season, and my designated "S-Tier" 10km, is in the books! Concluded the season on the highest note possible by securing a new personal best of 36:14.

The game plan was to hit a 3:35/km split for the first 5km and hold a 3:40/km for the second half. While the opening 5km went perfectly to plan, maintaining that ruthless pace in the latter half proved to be a brutal execution challenge. Still, pushing through the fade paid off massively shaving a massive 64 seconds off my November Garmin Run Asia time.

Looking back at how the numbers shook up this year, I couldn't be prouder of this season's progress:

• 5km: 17:49
• 10km: 36:14
• 21km : 1:24:13
• 42km: 3:09:40

A massive thank you to everyone who supported me, cheered me on, and pushed me through the miles this year. The work doesn't stop here. The focus now shifts to setting the bar even higher in 2026. 🚀

Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered 25’ | Full Marathon | 3:09:40 | #52

The debut went well except for cramping my hamstring at km38. Had to stop for a few minutes to stretch down before turning on into survival mode.

Thank you everyone for positive words throughout 2 weeks of training block 🤣. Thank you m8 @rizanfirdaus & @_1km_al for the tips before going to the debut, really appreciate it m8. W/o you guys, will not make it to the finish line 🫶🏻.

Gunung Merbabu(3142 MDPL) via Suwanting X Gunung Prau(2565 MDPL) via Patak Banteng in 3 days checked!

Another year, another blessing given to witness the unsubscribed scenery. All crazy hike aka kerja bodo is totally worth it.

East Coast Half Marathon25’ | Men Open Category | #6

The unplanned race but the job delivered. Aiming for 4 on the dot pace but success to dig under it. Grateful for the result on the home ground. 2 years of grind to be at current fitness and hunger for more!

Thank you @firdausasdi for the last minute bib. T-14 before the final showdown of the year. Let’s hope everything will goes as the plan.

Unexpected to clock a personal best on hilly route. Shave off 11 seconds from previous pb. Eyes on sub 37 nearly come true.

Coming to this race without any expectation due to inconsisten on 12 weeks block but the job delivered this time. Clocked another season best and second all time fastest. Grateful for this result and will hunger for more. Chasing on sub 37 still continue 🛠️.

Congrats everyone for pb renewal especially K-Town runner. We delivered a great job there. Next year gonna repeat this course.

Run The Track Unisza Edition 25’ | 5000M Men Open | 7th

Graduation went well after 12 week of grind. All good and finally deep sub 18 once again for 5000m. Shaved 43 seconds from the last time on the track race in December at RTT24. More to come!
