Never had been to the Midwest. Figured it was time to change that. Yellowstone National Park, what an amazing place. The wildlife, the views, nature is just incredible.

Been training for over a decade. The first 8-10 years focused on bulking. At 5"10'. I went from 190lbs, to my heaviest at 230 lbs. These past 4-5 years have been focusing on getting lean and maintaining, getting +7 hours of sleep, staying consistent and just active. Working on flexibility, and mobility. I don't care much for getting bigger, maybe just my calves and legs. After like 4 years since I decided to stop bulking. I'm at around 185lbs-190lbs.

This is the healthiest I've ever felt. Probably somewhere between 12-15% body fat.

Once you fall in love with the process, routine and discipline. It becomes an easy lifestyle to maintain. I don't think I'm sacrificing anything, this is what I love to do. by @armando_j_a

A decade ago someone at work said my arms looked as big as my head. Not a chance. Fast forward to now and it’s a different story. Haha. Post-cheat meal pumps are no joke after 2 weeks of being in a caloric deficit. @flavorhivetruck fueled pump. by @armando_j_a
