On Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Pihlstrom Consulting Group honors the 575 sovereign Tribal Nations across the United States, Alaska Native villages, Native Hawaiians, and Indigenous communities in every corner of this country.

Long before anyone called it sustainability, Indigenous peoples were growing, harvesting, and caring for this land with intention. Corn. Beans. Squash. Wild rice. That knowledge still leads the way in food, agriculture, and stewardship today.

We recognize their enduring histories, cultures, leadership, and contributions. And we stand firmly for sovereignty, respect, and shared economic opportunity.

Honoring history. Celebrating resilience. Building a future where we all thrive.

Metro Transit, and all of our sponsors, exhibitors, and volunteer crew, are truly grateful for the proclamation and for Kaohly Her For St. Paul Mayor and the St. Paul mayoral team joining us at Twin Cities Veg Fest. Thank you so much for celebrating with us! 🎉👏🏾🥳🎆😍❤️🍃 by @armethapihlstrom

It’s perfectly okay to cancel a commitment if you need to rest.
It’s okay not to answer every call; your peace matters.
It’s okay to change your mind; your feelings are valid.
It’s okay to take a day off to care for yourself.
It’s okay to speak up when something doesn’t feel right.
It’s okay to spend time alone; it can be healing.
It’s okay to let go of what no longer serves you.
It’s okay to say no; your boundaries deserve respect. by @armethapihlstrom

Today, we remember. 🇺🇸

We honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families forever changed, and the first responders and service members who answered the call.

25 years later, we will never forget. ❤️🤍💙

One of the best parts of being the lead photographer for Pihlstrom Consulting Group is photographing the incredible people we work with. 📸

Meet Ravi Norman, CEO of Agility and author of Humans in the Lead. I recently created a custom on-location portrait series for the launch of his new book. 📚

This is one example of how PCG brings together the strategy, expertise and creative resources clients need to move important projects forward.

Congratulations, Ravi, on Humans in the Lead! 🎉

The Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce Gala was a truly remarkable event. I am genuinely proud that Pihlstrom Consulting Group is a member and was a sponsor, and I enjoyed witnessing such gratitude and grace. I hope everyone who attended feels immensely proud of what you've accomplished and of the Black Chamber; everyone's speeches and award achievements are genuinely inspiring. 🎉🥳🥂

Last night, Yolanda, you pulled off a stunning event! 👏🏾🎉 Congratulations to all the nominees, honorees, and Hall of Fame inductees. I am especially proud of @Yolanda Pierson for creating such a beautiful experience for entrepreneurs and legends in the city, and for #Blackbusinessesexcellence across the state of Minnesota.🥳🎉😍👏🏾 @MNBlackChamber
