Settle in kids, it's story time. I was looking through some old drawings and things I did in the past earlier today. Picture a young 20 year old me who was heavily into the Mixed Martial Arts scene and the Jiujitsu submission grappling world. I did this little logo for Kipp Kollar who at the time was part of the WEF a smaller up and coming organization to the UFC, who also ran a grappling tournament called NAGA (North American Grappling Association). He needed some artwork and with the only details of wanting it to have a "tribal" look, I presented this before him. He loved it. Looking at it today it makes me laugh if anything, but 20 year old me in the year 2000 thought it was brilliant! I whipped this up in good old Corel draw, hahaha. If you know you know. This is one id like to redesign at some point. That logo would grow and appear inside the UFC cage on shorts, shirts and fighters everywhere. The grappling tournaments still takes place today so check around. I used to frequent all the local Jiujitsu tournaments in the area and was proud to have left my mark in the fight world. Here is some nifty little art I got to contribute to an album a couple months back for @sokol_keep_ds I did the 2 helms with cross swords/ mace/clubs complete with drips. Thanks to Ren of Sokol Keep for allowing me to add something to this sampler/compilation even if it was just a small contribution. Ive been working on a Zeon stencil with a few add ons. Primarily Zaku II insignia when it's finished. I tried to draw it free hand but needed a ruler to get the right angles and what not. Still needs some adjustments here and there so we'll see if it works. I may test it on a shirt or something. Still a work in progress so updates to come. by @armoredfoe
