𝗪𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 - “𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆” 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘅𝘅

This session will bring together Waving with Animation, Liquid, and Digits, Mixing technique with emotion. It’s about finding that sweet spot where control meets freedom, rhythm meets stillness.

We’ll work on unlocking flow, connecting with sound, and expressing who we are through movement. Every wave, dimestop and isolation shall be done with intention.

Location: Maison Béjart, Brussels
🗓 Date: 1st December
🕖 Time:
• 19:00 – 20:30 Workshop
• 20:30 – 22:00 Open Jam guided by Obelixx

💸 Pricing:
• €18 — prepaid (send a dm!)
• €20 — at the door
• €30 — combo price if you prepay for both workshops (Kevin Table + Obelixx)

📆 Schedule:
• 24th November: Electro workshop with @table.kevin
•. 1st December: Waving workshop with @obelixxmenezes

𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙊𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙭𝙭?
Marco “Obelixx” Menezes is a dancer, choreographer, and mentor who’s spent his life turning street dance into a language of growth, connection, and self-expression. Specializing in Popping and more in particular Waving and Animation, he’s performed and taught across Portugal, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands, and beyond.

As the founder of Obelixx Popping Factory and LMK Dance School, he’s created platforms that go further than technique. His work is about culture, about building communities where dancers learn to own their stories, challenge themselves, and find meaning in movement.

Obelixx isn’t trying to be the best dancer in the room anymore. He’s trying to build rooms where everyone gets better. Less ego, more impact.

I had the honor of guiding the last session in @armstylejam 🤍

We created this space as an excuse to bring people who we deeply admire and learn from them, practice with them and spread the inspiration to other arm style researchers 🔥
I'm happy to see that a little community is being created and that we all share that spirit of "each one teach one" that we dreamed at the beginning. This jam has definitely became one of the most inspirational spots to practice 🫶🏼

Welcome to the new ones!

See you next session ✅
